Fee inclusions
Full Conference Registration includes all conference sessions on Thursday 5, Friday 6 and Saturday 7 July 2012; the opening evening on Wednesday 4 July including the Welcome Function, as well as all morning and afternoon teas and lunches.

One Day Conference Registration
includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does not include social events scheduled on the selected day, however tickets can be purchased.

PhD students: A generous subsidy towards the cost of conference registration fees has been provided by AILASA for Australian PhD students. Please contact the conference convenor for advice on how to claim this subsidy.

Social Programme

Welcome Function and Opening Keynote speaker
Wednesday 4 July 2012, 5.00pm

The conference programme will begin on the evening of Wednesday 4 July with the opening keynote speaker and a Welcome Function. Entry to this evening is included in all registration fees, including day registration.

Conference Dinner
Friday 6 July, at 6.30pm
Osteria del Toro

Join us for drinks and a culinary experience that snapshots the Mediterranean’s wonderful cuisine at Osteria del Toro. 

The Progressive Dinner is NOT included in your registration fee. Tickets are $75 per person. Tickets can be purchased for you and your friends, family and colleagues. The Progressive Dinner includes drinks and nibbles.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Monday, 4 June 2012. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
